MEAT
All of our livestock are allowed to pasture on open grass and fields, then sheltered at night and during inclement weather.

Chicken
We currently have chicken, both whole broilers and pre-cut fryer type complete chickens for sale year round.
Price is $5.00/pound - sizes range from 1.5 - 5 pounds.
Beef
We now have beef for sale, selections include ground Beef (sirloin), beef sticks as well as steaks and roasts. Our cattle are pastured/grass-fed, with the exception of just a handful of grain each morning as a treat for them and used as a control measure for our handling. (Gets them used to being fed by a human each morning and if they ever were to get out of their pasture...all we would need to do is shake a bucket of corn and they would run right back in to us).
Prices will vary based on cut and product selection, but we should have beef year round!
We will also continually take orders for quarter, half or whole beef. Our current price is $7.00/lb hanging weight. A $200.00/qtr. deposit is required to reserve your quarter, half or whole beef order.
Here is an example for figuring your costs for a quarter beef.
We typically take our cattle in for
processing around 600 pounds live weight. That typically results in a
hanging weight of about 360 pounds, so if you would want a "quarter
beef" that would be about 90 pounds x $7.00/lb = $630.00. The
only other cost you would incur would be your processing cost at the
butcher...typically around $100 for a quarter beef (that cost varies based on
what all you want done to your beef and how you want it packaged). That
includes hamburger, beef sticks, jerky, fillet mignon, top sirloin, roasts,
everything as you want it......all for around $8.00/lb!
Keep in mind that the "hanging weight" still has some bones; like
ribs, leg and shoulder. So if you get
primarily ground and steaks, your "take home" weight will be less
than the hanging weight, unless of course you ask the locker for your bones as
well.

bulk beef does not include processing. You will incur the charges based
